Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-Candidate should be ITIL CertifiedAt least 4 years of overall IT experience with least 3 years across Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Operations and Service TransitionMust have skills on Discovery and CMDB tools from vendors one of HP, BMC, CA with a working experience on Discovery of assets in customer domains.Must be excellent with Microsoft Excel data consistency check and maintaining data integrityExcellent technical and troubleshooting skills on similar toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirementsQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
