Customer Experience Coordinator

Customer Support Representative Must-Haves: Ability to handle sensitive information and follow HIPAA regulations Ability to learn and master internal systems Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook Written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Professional attitude and reliable work ethic High school diploma or equivalent Our ideal candidate has customer service, administrative support, or account coordination experience in the healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits field. Some college coursework would also be a plus.
