Telemedicine Diagnostic Radiology Physician
Responsibilities
- Provide remote diagnostic radiology interpretations, primarily for emergency department cases, averaging 80–130 mixed cases per 8-hour shift.
- Ensure accurate and timely readings within a telehealth setting using Cerner EMR.
- Maintain high-quality patient care standards and comply with credentialing and licensing requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Michigan medical license
- Proficiency in remote radiology workflows and electronic medical records
Key Duties
Conduct diagnostic evaluations during night shifts (11 p.m.–7 a.m. ET), with at least 7 shifts per month, supporting emergency radiology cases in a telehealth environment.
