Support title curative efforts, including mineral ownership research and analysis, utility crossing consents, and mortgage subordinations. Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with title companies, brokers, surveyors, government agencies, landowners, attorneys, and AES team members to mitigate risk and support successful project financing outcomes. Minimum Qualifications Foundational knowledge of real estate principles, processes, and industry practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in real estate development, renewable energy, infrastructure, land administration, or a related field is preferred. We welcome candidates with a variety of backgrounds and transferable experience. Familiarity with SAP, GIS, and Google Earth is beneficial. Interest in renewable energy and a passion for supporting the development of sustainable infrastructure projects. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a variety of stakeholders. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. Creative, analytical, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
