AS400 / SYNON Senior Developer - Mango Analytics, Connecticut Role: Sr. AS400 / CA-2E (SYNON) Developer Experience Required: 15+ Years Duration: 6 Months (extendable to 12+ months) Start Date: 02-Oct-2025 Rate: $80/hr Work Mode: Preferred onsite / co-location, open to remote Primary Location: Schaumburg, IL (60173) Industry: PBM / Healthcare Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced AS400 / SYNON Senior Developer with deep functional knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) systems. The candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in CA/2E (SYNON) and COBOL on AS400 , along with solid understanding of core adjudication, pricing, and accumulator logic . Required Technical & Functional Skills 15+ years of hands-on development in CA/2E (SYNON) Programming, arrays, commit control 8+ years of hands-on experience in COBOL AS400 / COBOL ILE Strong experience with: iSeries / AS400 (Mid-Range)
