Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:30am to 5:00pm (overtime per business needs)

Expectations for this position

• Execute critical tasks with a high degree of accuracy to meet client and operational requirements

• Participate in an on-call rotation based on staffing and workload needs

• Work overtime and/or weekends as required

• Operate in a -20°C freezer environment with appropriate PPE

• Perform core warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, quality control, inventory management, order processing, and shipping

• Prepare and maintain essential documentation for reporting and compliance

• Foster effective working relationships with customers and internal departments

• Work independently on moderately complex assignments, applying sound judgment to resolve issues

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Adhere to all work rules and Standard Operating Procedures

• Promote trust and collaboration across internal and external teams

• Encourage teamwork to achieve goals and drive positive outcomes

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting approach

• Obtain and maintain certifications for all required material handling equipment (MHE)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• College coursework or degree preferred, but not required

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• High attention to detail with proven multitasking capabilities

• Thorough knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures

• Proficient in warehouse management systems

• Effective decision-making skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and Word

• Physically capable of prolonged standing, frequent bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) is a plus

Anticipated hourly range: $22.30 per hour - $28.80 per hour
