Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals and functional independence
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Must carry and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and time management skills
