Crookston Public Schools is seeking an Instructional Aide positions starting September 2026 or as soon as possible. This position would entail assisting in an elementary level classroom with the instructor present. This individual's role would be to work with individual students or small groups, and helping the student(s) achieve the skill levels of the class as a whole. Candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to problem solve with a positive and caring attitude. Candidate must possess a high school diploma or higher education. Starting salary would follow the Instructional Assistant Employment Agreement at $19.36 per hour, or possibly higher commensurate with experience. Hours would be approximately 6 per day, Monday-Friday during the regular school year, and following the school district calendar scheduled days. There are also multiple openings for supervisory positions, both during the school day and after school care. Hours may be combined with other positions to equal a full time equivalency. Position is open until filled.
