Description Case Therapist II SL reflects the mission, vision, values, and compliance standards of NM, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated clinician to join our team as a Case Therapist II. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of effective treatment planning, creative therapeutic interventions, and the use of integrative, evidence‑based approaches in group settings as well as individual and family therapy. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct clinical services, primarily group therapy, and individual/family counseling Coordinate care by communicating effectively with the treatment team, patients, and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record Support discharge planning and ensure continuity of care across the treatment spectrum Key Assets Proven experience in clinical treatment planning and implementation Skilled in creative and integrative therapeutic techniques Strong time management, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent verbal and written communication skills A true team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families and bring both clinical expertise and a collaborative spirit, we encourage you to apply.
