Advanced Social Work or Counseling Internship This internship provides an opportunity for master’s level students to learn clinical therapeutic skills utilizing evidence‑based modalities, conduct client assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and maintain detailed documentation. Responsibilities Carry a small caseload of clients and provide psychotherapy. Utilize therapeutic modalities such as TF‑CBT, Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, DBT, and play therapy. Conduct client assessments, develop treatment and discharge plans, and document work. Participate in the client’s treatment team with other departments across the agency. Attend additional learning and training opportunities. Qualifications Master’s level student in social work, counseling, or psychology. Ready to commit to a two‑semester internship.
