Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base | $200,000+ potential total compensation

Take Control of Energization on Major Data Center Projects

We're partnering with a leading engineering consultancy that's expanding its teams across some of the largest data center construction projects in the US.

With competitive base salaries, substantial overtime opportunities, per diem and paid travel for eligible assignments, these positions offer the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings while working on major mission-critical developments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee safe electrical energization activities across data center construction projects
• Manage and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety protocols
• Coordinate energization schedules with electrical contractors, commissioning teams and project management
• Review switching procedures, method statements and energization plans
• Verify systems are safe and ready for energization
• Monitor electrical safety compliance and ensure adherence to NFPA 70E and site requirements
• Support commissioning and the safe transition of electrical infrastructure into operation

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an Energy Marshal, Electrical Superintendent, Electrical Safety or similar role
• Strong understanding of LOTO, electrical isolation and energization procedures
• Background in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial construction or large-scale electrical projects
• Knowledge of MV/LV electrical distribution systems, switchgear and associated safety procedures
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and take ownership of electrical safety activities
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
