Associate Media Director

Leading the day-to-day strategy and execution of commerce and biddable media programs, the full-time Associate Media Director will manage client relationships, develop media solutions, and optimize campaigns in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of commerce and biddable media campaigns Develop media strategies and maintain strong client relationships while managing project deliverables Provide leadership and coaching to media team members, fostering collaboration across various teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 6-8 years of experience in retail media, biddable media, and campaign management Agency experience with client-facing leadership preferred Experience with platforms such as Walmart Connect, The Trade Desk, and Instacart Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
