Process Architect

To support organizational efficiency, the full-time remote Process Architect will design, standardize, and govern end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with optimization goals and compliance across various operational areas. Key responsibilities Design and document end-to-end processes across claims, enrollment, customer service, utilization management, operations, and finance Establish enterprise process standards and maintain a centralized process repository while partnering with Business Optimization Architects Identify process inefficiencies and support operational teams during implementation by clarifying process intent and design Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 5-8+ years of experience in process design, process architecture, or operational excellence Experience working within healthcare, insurance, or TPA operations Proficiency with process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN) Strong documentation and facilitation skills
