Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level financial support to Swedish-speaking clients through various digital communication channels.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and internal security policies.
• Analyze client account inquiries, ranging from transaction processing to complex financial portfolio questions.
• Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, ensuring world-class service within the financial sector.
• Update and maintain accurate records within specialized financial software systems .
• Act as a key liaison for Swedish-speaking clients, maintaining the integrity and reputation of our financial services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes by identifying financial trends and client needs.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interest or prior experience in the Finance or FinTech industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn complex financial database platforms.
