Locums | OB/GYN | Clinic + Call | Colorado Springs, CO (CO license or IMLC) Why This Role

• Flexible commitment: 1-2+ weeks per month accepted
• In-house-only coverage option (no clinic) available for the right provider
• Light call frequency: 1:10 weekday and weekend rotation
• Established 5-physician group with 2 APPs
• IMLC accepted
Assignment Details
• Start: September 23, 2026, ongoing
• Schedule options:
- Full role: 3 clinic days/week + 1 day shift on L&D/week (Mon-Fri) - Hospital-only coverage option available (no clinic) — facility will consider
• Commitment: minimum 2 weeks/month; will consider 1 week/month for the right candidate
• Call: 24-hour in-house call, 1:10 weekday and weekend rotation
• Weekend call: Friday through Sunday (Monday morning hand-off)
• Clinic volume: ~20 patients/day
• Deliveries: ~8/week (group-wide); ~8 OB/GYN surgeries/week
• Setting: Outpatient + inpatient
• Patient mix: 70% low-risk pregnancy, 10% high-risk, 30% c-section
• Support: 5 OB/GYNs, 2 APPs; onsite lab and ultrasound
• EMR: Epic (clinic and hospital)
Clinical Details
• Required: low-risk pregnancy management, FHR interpretation, routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps, c-section decision-making), complicated delivery (c-section, breech, multiples, abruptions), VBAC, 3rd/4th degree laceration repair
• Preferred: high-risk pregnancy, OB ultrasound (Level I and II), office/minor gynecology (IUD, colposcopy, LEEP)
Requirements
• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Active CO license or IMLC
• Minimum 2 weeks/month availability
• Clean background — 5-year history
• Self-query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
