Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Intermediate Care

Location

Cambridge, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical and Intermediate Care setting
• Independently read and interpret telemetry monitoring
• Accurately document patient information and care using the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Float to other units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to facility scheduling expectations, including weekend and holiday rotations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in any U.S. state or valid compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical and/or Intermediate Care nursing
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Demonstrated ability to independently read and interpret telemetry
• EPIC electronic medical records charting experience required
• Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Intermediate Care environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring in an acute care hospital setting
