Building Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities: • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria Qualifications: • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
