We provide advanced, personalized care across Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, Functional Medicine, Aesthetics, and IV Therapy.Position OverviewThe Medical Practitioner serves as the clinical leader in the center, responsible for consultations, diagnostics, and advanced treatments under Medical Director guidelines. This role partners closely with Health Coaches to deliver integrated, results-driven care that improves client outcomes and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plansEvaluate and manage programs related to hormone optimization, weight loss, and aestheticsOrder and interpret labs (hormones, metabolic markers, micronutrients) and clearly communicate results to clientsPerform procedures including blood draws, IV/IM therapy, BHRT pellet insertions, and injections (GLP-1, peptides)Deliver aesthetic treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers (where applicable)Monitor client progress, adjust care plans, and proactively manage side effectsEducate clients on memberships, services, and recommended supplementsMaintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure full HIPAA and safety complianceCollaborate with team members, participate in daily huddles, and support clinic performance goalsStay current on medical advancements and complete required trainingPerformance Expectations100% completion of scheduled consultationsTimely lab ordering and interpretationHigh client satisfaction and retentionFull compliance with clinical and documentation standardsQualificationsActive Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license2+ years of experience in hormone therapy, weight loss, or aesthetics preferredStrong knowledge of functional medicine, longevity care, and patient-centered treatment planningExperience with EMR systems and clinical documentationExcellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skillsWhy Join UsBe part of a high-performance, growth-focused teamWork with cutting-edge treatments and protocolsMake a meaningful impact on client health and longevityOpportunities for professional development and career growthCompensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
