Job Duties Assisting with accounts payable Receive and ship deliveries, and informing the managers Spanish Interpretations/translations Mail, pick up, mail out Take phone calls Computer help for the managers Filing Fleet vehicle maintenance: drive vehicles for their services (Oil changes, tire repairs, etc) Review vehicle inspections sheets Answer E-mails Miscellaneous office tasks QC Inspections: Receive and submit inspection reports Duties with office programs Submitting company expenses Scan mail to proper personal This is a permanent full time position Why Join the Marsden Family?
