We're seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated team in a long-term care facility. In this role, you'll support the Occupational Therapist (OTR) in delivering high-quality therapy services aimed at improving residents’ independence, mobility, and quality of life.

- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working in long-term care settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance residents’ physical, emotional, and cognitive functioning.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive equipment use.
- Document residents’ progress and communicate updates to the care team to ensure continuity of care.
