Project Manager (Enterprise Voice Change & Deployment)This role involves project coordination for technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery. The position requires managing resources across various lines of business, balancing technical requirements with milestone delivery, and effectively managing project expectations with all stakeholders. The candidate will work both independently and in a collaborative team setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate resources within and across business lines with matrix management responsibility.Balance soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, and milestone delivery of the technical solution.Define, evaluate, and plan effective solutions for project-related problems.Identify and mitigate potential issues to keep projects and personnel on schedule.Present project progress and issues, providing potential solutions.Understand stakeholder expectations and objectives to manage project expectations.Identify changing project priorities and reallocate resources effectively.Maintain system of records related to inventory detail updates.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong mix of technology delivery, governance/change management, and project delivery.Skills:Basic understanding of Telecom deliverables, including Cisco, IPC, and NICE voice technologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills, including presenting to senior leaders.Adaptive learning capability to use new systems and processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams).Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends based on project schedules.Preferred QualificationsExperience with BMC Remedy Tools (Change Management).Experience with ServiceNow.Knowledge of networks (IP Management/DHCP Address).Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
