About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will play a vital role in attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to support the company's staffing needs. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, building strong relationships with candidates and external partners, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience that aligns with PTT’s organizational goals and values. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related fields is preferred. Previous experience in recruiting, particularly within manufacturing or industrial environments, is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of employment laws such as EEO, ADA, and other relevant regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct effective interviews. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, conduct tours, and stand for extended periods. Responsibilities The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and screening applicants to identify top talent. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and supervisors, the Recruiter will understand specific role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs. Key duties include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, verifying credentials, and coordinating background checks. The role also involves organizing participation in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and establishing relationships with staffing agencies, technical schools, and community organizations to expand the talent pool. Additionally, the Recruiter will oversee the applicant tracking system to ensure proper documentation and compliance with all employment laws and company policies. They will guide candidates throughout the interview and onboarding processes, providing a positive experience that reflects the company's values. Maintaining accurate records, generating recruitment reports, and assisting with onboarding activities are also integral parts of the role. The Recruiter must stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates efficiently.
