In an open ecosystem, we bring together rolling stock, rail infrastructure, customer service, and software to enable sustainable, comfortable and cost-effective rail traffic today.Create a better tomorrow with Siemens Mobility today.In this role you will:Identify and acquire mobility projects across the assigned region, from early opportunity development through to order receipt and handover to project delivery.Plan and deliver sales targets, sales volumes and customer potential while supporting accurate forecasts and planning through CRM.Lead and influence bid teams to develop customer-focused, commercially sound proposals aligned with sales strategy and LoA requirements.Build, maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships, including establishing customer requirements and maintaining effective customer contact.Analyse market conditions, identify portfolio opportunities and build a strong stakeholder network across customers, partners and internal teams.Coordinate proposal preparation and negotiations in collaboration with bid management, commercial stakeholders and other involved professionals.Shape the future of mobility with your qualifications and skills.University degree, or comparable qualification, in business or a related field.More than 8 years of combined direct sales and management experience in a relevant discipline and industry.Experience across a variety of relevant projects, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional bid, sales and stakeholder teams.Strong intercultural capability, with experience working with customers and colleagues across diverse cultural environments; customer-specific competencies or the ability to obtain required competencies and work authorities will be highly regarded.Why you'll love working for Siemens MobilityWe live and foster an ownership culture in which every employee takes personal responsibility for our Company's success.
