Pay & Benefits

• $19.50–$23.00 per hour
• $1.50/hr shift differential (3:00 PM–11:30 PM,11 PM-7:30 AM)
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours

Responsibilities

• Operate wire manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and perform quality inspections
• Record production data and measurements
• Communicate with team members across shifts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attendance and safety mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Employment Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical
• Must be able to pass a drug screen ( no marijuana testing )
