Packer Compensation Starting rate $15.00 per hour, paid weekly. Available Shifts 8 AM-8 PM rotating shifts 2‑2‑3. Responsibilities Support the operation team by working safely in a fast‑paced production warehouse environment. Inspect product for defects and pack finished goods in correct configuration. Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment. Check for quality issues and contact team lead with issues. Maintain supplies at station (boxes, tape, etc.). Keep station clean at all times. Follow safety guidelines at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Ability to work with others effectively as part of a team. Ability to follow standard work instructions. Past work with plastic molding or packing products off conveyor lines is an asset. Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of plastic molding is desirable. Physical Demands Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and clothing when required. Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout shift. Prolonged standing while performing duties. Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles. Capacity to lift boxes from 0–50 lbs depending on line assigned. Ability to climb up and down stairs and tolerate standing posture for 12 hours. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
