OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Ann Arbor, MI by HMD Trucking
$1,505 - $2,175 per weekFull-time
HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Join our Ann Arbor, Michigan team and haul flatbed freight coast-to-coast.
Daily Duties:
- Operate and maintain flatbed trailers safely
- Secure tarped or untarped freight
- Follow federal and company safety guidelines
Driver Perks:
- Mileage pay of $0.70/mile plus $0.10 CPM for safety and productivity
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Modern fleet with sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, and ride-along seats
- Predictable home time and robust benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k))
Must have Class A CDL and at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience.
