Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Schedule: Variable schedule with weekend and call requirements to be discussed during interview; orientation required

Highlights:

• Multi-specialty OR environment including Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
• Epic electronic medical records system in use
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics across diverse surgical specialties
• Floating within facility scope of practice and to outpatient settings as needed
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off during contract period

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of Operating Room experience required prior to travel nursing
• Must have documented experience in Neurology, Transplant (solid organ), General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedic surgical procedures – non-negotiable requirement
• Previous travel nursing experience required; this position does not accept first-time travelers
• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital and Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Proficiency in diverse surgical procedures including but not limited to: joint replacements, spine procedures, craniotomy, transplant cases, laparoscopic procedures, and general surgical cases
• Full compliance documentation required to start on time; late compliance results in two-week pushback due to bi-weekly orientation schedule

• Clinical screening process will determine candidate fit prior to manager interview
