We’re a BACB ACE Provider offering free in-house CEUs. You’ll co-treat live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on the same cases, enabling rapid clinical learning. We measure child progress with our STEP Score and family Report Cards, turning clinical decisions into visible outcomes for families. One child, one plan, many minds. BCBA, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers collaborate on the same cases so plans reflect the whole picture. A real bridge to the classroom. Our half-day Prep School supports children moving toward traditional classrooms with continued 1:1 support, connecting clinical work to a concrete next step. Caseloads and supervision built for the actual work. 6–8 clients per BCBA with 16–20% supervision time; scheduling, billing, and authorizations managed by the respective teams so your time is spent on clinical work. How your schedule actually works. Full-time, part-time, or reduced schedules; a midday appointment does not cost you PTO. What you’ll do Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans Run assessments and intakes; own the assessment, plan, and client Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs Partner with families and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers What you’ll work with Standardized assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Vineland FBAs and BIPs built around the child Skill-acquisition programming across communication, social, adaptive, and academic domains The Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools (STEP Score, Report Cards) Parent and caregiver training as a core part of every plan What you bring BCBA certification, licensed in IL and in good standing Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs Ability to perform essential functions (sitting, standing, bending) and lift up to 45 lbs with reasonable accommodations What it pays.
