Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our Vancouver team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales representatives. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers Schedule and confirm in-home consultation appointments Accurately enter and update customer information Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and internal teams Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals Participate in training sessions and team meetings Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, call center, or appointment setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer and data entry skills Schedule Full-time Some evening and weekend availability may be required Why Join Miller Home Renovation?
