Digital Product Manager, Testing & Insights

Summary

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager, Testing & Insights to lead analytics, customer insights, usability testing, and experimentation across a digital and eCommerce ecosystem. This role will turn behavioral and performance data into actionable product decisions, optimize customer journeys, and drive measurable improvements in conversion, revenue, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital analytics strategy and measurement framework across web and mobile.
• Define and operationalize KPIs tied to conversion, revenue per visitor, AOV, funnel efficiency, and retention.
• Ensure data integrity through tagging, tracking, and governance practices.
• Build dashboards and deliver actionable performance insights that inform product and commercial decisions.
• Translate behavioral and performance data into prioritized customer journey opportunities.
• Identify and quantify friction points across the digital customer journey.
• Lead segmentation, lifecycle behavior, and engagement analysis.
• Lead end-to-end usability testing programs, including research plans and test scripts.
• Synthesize customer research findings into actionable product recommendations.
• Own and prioritize the experimentation roadmap.
• Develop and execute hypothesis-driven A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• Translate test results into scalable product and experience improvements.
• Partner closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in digital analytics, product, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience driving measurable business outcomes through analytics and experimentation .
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics .
• Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Adobe Target .
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile environments .
• Ability to translate complex data and customer insights into clear business recommendations.
• Experience with usability testing and customer research.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.

The salary range for this position is 45/hr to 48/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
