Heating & Cooling Two, Inc. is a growing, established HVAC company serving the northwest Twin Cities metro area. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC New Construction Installers .

In this role, you’ll work as part of our installation team installing residential HVAC systems in new construction homes , with opportunities to work on replacement projects as well. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy working with their hands, and want to build a long-term career with a company that values quality workmanship and its employees.

What You'll Do:

• Install HVAC equipment and systems in residential new construction homes.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation, and related HVAC components.
• Read plans, layouts, and job specifications.
• Complete installations accurately, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, builders, and homeowners.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and help find practical solutions.
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep projects on schedule.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right person.
• HVAC industry certifications and city competency cards are a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, hardworking, and organized.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take direction and grow into additional responsibilities.
• Leadership experience or interest in advancing into a leadership role is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
