What You’ll Do: Connect with clients who have already requested insurance information - no cold calling. Identify their needs and discuss life, health, or retirement coverage options. Conduct phone or video appointments and guide clients through applications. Keep accurate records and follow up to help ensure policy placement. What You Need: Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude. Professional, reliable, and coachable. Internet access, a reliable computer, and a suitable remote workspace. Must be a U.S. resident and able to obtain the required insurance license in your state of residence. Ability to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license if not already licensed (we provide licensing support and guidance). Compensation: 1099 commission-only with uncapped earning potential, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Competitive payouts; some products offer instant approvals for faster pay.
