- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
- Balance and maintain your cash drawer in accordance with bank policies
- Assist customers with account-related questions and everyday banking needs
- Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate bank products and services
- Print replacement debit cards and assist with related services
- Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions whenever possible
- Communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone
- Monitor for unusual transactions, potential fraud, scams, or suspicious activity and follow established reporting procedures
- Support branch operations and assist with additional duties as needed

- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Six months of cash-handling experience
- Ability to pass a credit and background check
- One or more years of cash-handling experience
- One or more years of customer-facing experience
- Previous banking experience
- Bilingual skills are a plus
