LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Summary Under direct supervision of Registered Nurse, provides nursing care within the scope of licensure for assigned patients within established federal, state, and regulatory body nursing standards and hospital policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Current state licensure as an LPN/LVN Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable. Desired Qualifications Inpatient rehabilitation experience Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Detail-oriented, able to meet strict timeframes.
