Data Collection: Unit Information: Location: Building: St David s Medical Center Main Floor: 6th Floor Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 747 Discipline: Registered Nurse Quantity: 2 Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: 0630-1700 Call Requirements No Weekends: No General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -6 EP Labs Number of Staff 25 Type of staff: o Day Shift 18 Lab Staff members, 1 Charge Nurse, 3 PCT s o Night Shift - Patient Ratios Type of equipment Biosense Webster, Abbott, Boston Scientific, Medtronic mapping systems with dedicated equipment. EMR Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) Y Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. One year experience in cath lab, ep lab, interventional radiology, or OR. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Greater than 1 year of EP RN Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Ablations Device Implants Device Extractions Structural Heart Best personality Fit: Flexibility with daily case fluctuation and changes. Cohesiveness with teammates. Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - Blue (provided by facility) Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
