Front Office Assistant – Patient-Focused Dental Practice
Patient-focused role in a professional, welcoming dental practice
Work closely with the Office Manager and clinical team

- Commission-Based Incentives: Receive additional compensation for successfully processing insurance claims, handling billing tasks, and maintaining accurate patient records

Job Description
Greet patients warmly in person and by phone
Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Assist with patient check-in and check-out
Communicate appointment details, policies, and next steps clearly
Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule and confirm appointments accurately
Manage daily schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize gaps
Coordinate follow-ups, recalls, and unscheduled treatment
Insurance & Financial Support
Verify dental insurance benefits
Assist with estimates and basic billing questions
Collect copays and balances at time of service
Support treatment coordination and financing discussions as needed
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system
Scan and upload documents
Assist with reports, tracking, and office organization
Support the Office Manager with daily operational tasks
Benefits
Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
- Work Hours: Monday 9AM-6 PM, Tuesday 9 AM- 5PM, Wednesday 9AM- 6PM Thursday: 8 AM - 2 PM; Friday: Closed;
- Breaks: 30-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
