Senior Business Enablement Specialist

Leading the implementation and optimization of business processes, the full-time Senior Business Enablement Specialist will drive fundraising excellence through process improvement, project coordination, and systems enablement in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage intake/request systems and oversee prioritization and readiness reviews for IT requests Map end-to-end fundraising workflows and ensure procedural alignment across teams Identify process inefficiencies and manage end-to-end process improvements for the Church & Influencer team Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or related functions Proven success in implementing and optimizing complex business processes and workflows Strong experience with Salesforce CRM preferred Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable solutions Experience in fundraising or sales environments; Lean Six Sigma or Agile certifications preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Compassion International, Inc.
