- Shift: Days, Monday through Friday
- Hours/Week: 40 hours

- Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license in Texas, BLS & ACLS required
- Experience: Recent dialysis experience, Tablo machine experience, home health or chronic care experience strongly preferred
- Pay Rate: $51.00/hour

- Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis
- Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
- Monitor patient competency and ensure safe at-home treatment
- Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during training sessions
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care
- Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
- Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 trainings per day
- Required:
- Active RN license in Texas
- Recent dialysis experience
- Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
- Preferred:
- Home health or chronic care experience
