Charge Nurse - Critical Care PCU, Nights
Black Women's Mental Health Institute
Role Overview Provides and coordinates high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, manages operational issues during shifts, and communicates patient and departmental updates to leadership. Acts as a resource and guidance for staff. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's preferred. Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred. Valid Georgia RN license and/or multistate licensure. Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and PALS for pediatric care, depending on unit. Experience in emergency, labor/delivery, or pediatric nursing is advantageous. Key Duties Deliver clinical care, address operational issues, communicate effectively with staff and leadership, and serve as a resource for nursing staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Black Women's Mental Health Institute
