We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of 5-15 accounts and lead a team of 50-100 employees. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and is a key member of our operations team. Position Highlights:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of 5-15 accounts, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee a team of 50-100 employees, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve operational excellence and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean, secure, and safe environments for both customers and employees.
• Develop and execute effective cleaning plans, addressing absenteeism and other challenges.
• Train, motivate, and develop supervisory and production staff.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, cleaning plans, time & attendance records, and labor budgets.
• Monitor and control inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Ensure financial performance by achieving P&L goals for each account.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and customer standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention.
• Support fellow Operations Managers during building start-ups, recruiting, and resource sharing.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
• Proven success managing a full-time and part-time hourly workforce.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operations across multiple locations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
