Client Site Industry & Highlights

We are currently hiring for a Shipping and Receiving position. Pay rate is $19. Schedule is 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities include:

Pulling orders and preparing for shipment to customers
Weighing and packing orders
Printing labels and shipping orders via UPS and FEDEX system, ensuring accuracy
Hand stack orders on pallets
Ability to use a pallet jack and forklift
Loading and unloading of containers and trucks
Verifying and signing for incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy
Daily count of inventory as well as end of year inventory
Data entry
Maintain proper amount of shipping supplies
Safeguarding sensitive company and employee information
Ensure racks/storage areas are neat and organized
General cleaning of work area
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements include:

Forklift Knowledge
Basic Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
Prior experience of UPS and FEDEX software
Efficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of organization and urgency
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Ability to lift and stack boxes
Walking and standing for long periods of time
