Manage industrial construction projects ranging from $1K to $10M+ Support estimating, bid preparation, and preconstruction activities Conduct site visits for bids and active projects Lead projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate closely with superintendents, foremen, field coordinators, and craft labor Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and safety Manage Time & Material (T&M) and maintenance/service work Review inspector comments and proactively resolve field issues Ensure installations meet specifications and quality standards Review civil, structural, and MEP drawings Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and union labor teams Industries & Projects Served This team specializes in heavy industrial construction and installation projects for: Manufacturing facilities Mining operations Quarries Chemical plants Food & beverage facilities Paper and pulp facilities Agricultural processing plants Bulk material handling facilities Industrial production and processing environments Projects often involve installing and integrating major equipment into existing facilities and production lines. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction Heavy industrial construction experience Experience leading projects from start to finish Strong estimating and preconstruction background Ability to read and interpret: Civil drawings, Structural drawings, MEP drawings Experience with T&M billing and documentation Experience working in union environments Proficiency with: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project Ideal Candidate You're not a desk‑only Project Manager.
