This role is in support of Cencora’s veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, serving animal health markets globally.

Responsibilities: Coordinates kickoff scheduling, environment readiness, and required access using approved playbooks and service catalogs. Collects and verifies customer data, contracts, and technical prerequisites against onboarding checklists and policy thresholds. Enters account, entitlement, and configuration details in designated systems per work instructions and role-based permissions. Confirms completion of required documentation, approvals, and controls; escalates exceptions with clear notes and evidence. Corresponds with customers using approved scripts to explain next steps, capture confirmations, and schedule milestones. Records onboarding progress, tickets, and artifacts to maintain traceable, audit‑ready work products and handoffs. Reports risks, blockers, and customer feedback promptly and proposes minor improvements to templates or steps for review. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Skills and Knowledge: 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer operations, order management, implementation coordination, or a related field required. What Cencora offers
