Experienced Concrete Finisher – Commercial Construction
Location: Rapid City, SD
Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience and proven skills)
Schedule: Full-time | 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do:Perform commercial concrete work (formwork, concrete placement and finishing, etc.) with precision
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Represent SECO’s values on every job site
3+ years of concrete or construction experience (commercial preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation to job sites or SECO’s office
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening
