This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure.CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Lifecycle Project Analyst to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) contract.Responsibilities:Responsible for team compliance with enterprise vision and governance policies/procedures/regulations, schedules, service delivery quality, and stakeholder engagement plans/actionsMaintains an in-depth understanding of IT hardware assets for lifecycle of existing processes, policies, and toolsEnsures high-quality delivery through collaborative customer and team processes, reviews, and demonstrationsFosters open communication and collaboration to all levels of team structure; measures effectiveness using detailed performance metrics where practicalChampions IT/IM service delivery standards and values across the enterpriseDevelops and maintains lifecycle project management plan for replacing and updating hardware and performs quality assurance management functions: IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management, and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)Develops guidelines and procedures for updating upper management and stakeholders on lifecycle plans and plans for implementation, including Roadmap PlanningOversees quantifiable Continual Service Improvement (CSI) effortsProvides guidance and support for improved IT management and controlQualifications:Required:Must hold a current Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polyExperience leading projects of organizational significanceAn AS/AA and 10+ years of experience, BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, MS/MA and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 4+ years of experienceCurrent DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+)Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.Desired:Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics ITIL 4 Foundation Certification-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
