The Sales Support Specialist will serve as primary contact for key customer accounts and responsible for ensuring on‑time order fulfillment, project goal execution, product and financial support. The role collaborates across Siemens to meet customer needs while managing expectations. Responsibilities Escalate product related questions. Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Support Engineers to provide solutions. Advise on location of websites, online tools, catalogs, and literature to support customers. Use logical reasoning to provide creative solutions for customers’ problems. Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve or refer them. Demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of professional principles and apply core concepts to resolve standard and engineered product questions. Provide consultation or advice to management regarding product support or training for other employees. Use SieSales to enter, manage, and prioritize case load to meet service level agreements. Learn assigned business segment product line and complete required training. Leverage organizational knowledge to obtain proper product support. Navigate multiple catalogs and online tools to provide support. Cross‑identify, select, and provide replacement parts. Provide trip curves, drawings, specification sheets, and instruction sheets. Quote replacement motor‑control‑center unit‑only. Quote panelboards, switchboard, and motor‑control‑centers when required. Act as escalation point for product support for Customer Support and Johnson City. Lead short product trainings for Level 1 team. Demonstrate high professionalism and excellent customer service skills. Multi‑task and handle high volume of work accurately. Deliver excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication. Show desire to grow within the company. Work effectively within a team environment. Be a self‑starter and detail‑oriented. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience in Customer Support in industrial, construction, mechanical, or electrical industries. Eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship needed now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments with accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated leadership through data‑driven decision‑making and strategic insight. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational talent.
