The Professional Mover/ Box Truck driver is responsible for safely transporting goods on local and regional routes while assisting with loading and unloading. This role requires excellent customer interaction skills, adherence to safety regulations, and efficient time management to ensure timely deliveries and smooth moving operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive box trucks on local and regional routes
- Assist with loading and unloading furniture, items, goods,
- Lead teams in stacking the truck and safely wrapping
- Engage professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Manage time to meet delivery schedules
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in professional moving
- Defensive driving skills
- Proficient in route navigation
- Strong customer service abilities
- Physical stamina for loading and unloading
- Effective time management
- Teamwork skills
- Safety awareness and compliance
