This position reports to the Reagent Manufacturing Supervisor and is part of the Cellular Production department located in Hialeah, Florida, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work in an environmentally controlled area.
• Blood Manufacturing to produce Reagents, Controls, and Calibrators for the Diagnostics product line. Cleanroom environment, glassware handling.
• Perform documentation such as batch record closeout, review, and authorization to commence.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance, stand 6 to 7 hours a day, and move materials in and out of a 2 to 8 degrees refrigerator 2 to 3 times a day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Very strong ability to utilize analytical thinking and to multitask effectively. Detail-oriented.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or production setting.
• Experience using various types of weighing scales or balances.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP, GLP, FDA).
