Responsibilities Provide on-site nursing care for adolescents and young adults; RN or LPN; float between Buffalo and Maple Grove with shift patterns (7:00 am–7:30 pm and 7:00 pm–7:30 am with every third weekend). Administer medications and monitor vital signs, documenting accurately in medical records. Evaluate medical concerns from residents and communicate with Nurse Practitioners and Physicians. Develop and implement treatment plans; provide direct care as prescribed. Monitor chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures; initiate timely interventions. Maintain medical records and logs; adhere to reporting and infection control protocols. Collaborate with Care Coordinators on medication management and refills. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to enhance patient care. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Nursing Degree. Licensure: Current RN licensure with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing. Experience: Healthcare experience preferred, especially with adolescents and/or young adults. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; sound judgment in high-pressure scenarios. Teamwork: Positive attitude and commitment to collaborative care. Tech Skills: Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR). Crisis Management: Ability to respond calmly in emergent situations. Quality Focus: Proactive focus on quality and accuracy. Benefits and Compensation Pay range: $37 to $53 per hour depending on education and experience.
