Job Description

We are seeking five qualified general labor and construction technicians to assist with a newly started Data Center Project in Ridgeville, SC. The site requires versatile and flexible individuals to handle various tasks including carpentry, setting up barriers, erecting tents, moving materials, and performing basic mechanical duties.

Responsibilities

• Set up barriers and erect tents
• Transport materials and assist with jobsite cleanup
• Engage in general labor and mechanical duties
• Assist leads and take direction effectively

Essential Skills

• Ability to use hand and power tools (do not need to be proficient)
• Comfortable completing basic carpentry skills
• Ability to read a tape measurer
• Strong ability to take direction and possess a positive attitude

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction and general labor
• Capability in using hand tools and performing framing tasks
• Familiarity with pressure washing and cleaning duties

Work Environment

The work environment is a 200+ acre construction site. You will work alongside the General Contractor and Sub-Contractors. The workweek is Monday through Friday with 10-hour days, and some Saturdays may be required. Professionalism is paramount as this is a high-profile site with a high-profile customer.

This is a Contract position based out of Ridgeville, SC.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
